SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing of in-stock, non-pre-order items.
Once your package is in transit, please be aware that it may experience delays due to inclement weather along the shipping route, regardless of the chosen shipping method.
We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Please note that processing time does not account for any issues that may arise during payment authorization. If any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order.
To keep our shipping rates affordable, we do not offer tracking services for orders outside the European Union. Therefore, your order status may show as "on the way" until it arrives.
International orders from outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Since international shipments must pass through customs, delivery times may be further delayed.
For any inquiries about processing times in your country, please contact your local customs office. Delivery can take anywhere from a few weeks to, in rare cases, several months.
Under no circumstances are we, Blame, responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate address information when placing an order. If a package is lost due to incorrect address details, you will be financially responsible for both the cost of the order and the shipping fees. Blame will not issue a refund for lost orders or shipping costs due to incorrect address information provided by you.
